Shorter lead-time thanks to better flow

To get an improved rust-protected-flow, Axess Logistics has carried out a test by redesigning the yard-schematic flow so that vehicles are parked on flex-areas.

These are mixed areas that can be used as First-Point, Storage, Production and Last Point-areas. This not only reduces the number of physical movements and handling, but also shortens lead times. This is possible by an innovative ERP-system and innovative thinking. When new vehicles arrive they are handled efficiently and swift, which benefits dealers who are eager to deliver MG-vehicles to their end customers - A true win-win Scenario. Axess Logistics works close to customers to improve flows and processes.
