Following a system update yesterday afternoon, around 4:30 PM, issues arose in the handling of transport orders within our systems.
We have now identified and resolved the root cause, but there is still a backlog remaining, which means that processing times are longer than normal and our customer support response times are also extended.
We are continuously working to reduce the queues and return to normal service levels as soon as possible.
